LayerMedia ("Company," "we," "us") operates the LayerHub service and is committed to protecting the privacy of our customers. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and who we share it with.
When you sign up, we collect: your email address, billing information (processed by our payment provider, Paddle), and — for the purpose of setting up the Service — your WordPress site URL and administrator credentials, or your Cafe24 mall ID and OAuth authorization.
We use this information to: create and manage your account, provision access to your site or store, process payments, send service-related emails (setup instructions, billing confirmations, support), and provide customer support.
Your WordPress administrator password is used exactly once, at the moment of setup, to install our access plugin and generate a secure application password. It is discarded immediately afterward and is never stored in our systems, and no staff member ever views this value.
When you use the Service, the data necessary to process your natural-language commands (such as post content, settings, or store data relevant to your request) is transferred to and processed by Anthropic, PBC (United States) to interpret and execute your instructions. This data is deleted immediately after processing and is not permanently retained by the Company.
If your site is a membership-based or e-commerce site, you are responsible for separately notifying your own end users of this cross-border transfer through your own privacy policy.
Our website uses essential cookies required for login sessions and basic site functionality, as well as Google Analytics cookies to understand site traffic and usage patterns. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings, or opt out of Google Analytics tracking using Google's official opt-out tools; disabling essential cookies may affect site functionality.
Site credentials and access tokens are encrypted at rest. Access to our infrastructure is restricted and monitored.
We retain account and billing records for as long as your subscription is active and as required for legal and accounting purposes. Command-processing data sent to Anthropic is not retained after processing.
The Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 14, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 14. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected such data, we will delete it promptly.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at the email below.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page or by email at least 7 days before taking effect.
