Terms of Service & Refund Policy

Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms govern the conditions and procedures for using the LayerHub AI natural-language site management service (the "Service") provided by LayerMedia (Business Registration No. 443-52-00962, the "Company"), and the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Company and the user.

Article 2 (Scope of Service)
The Service is software and intermediary infrastructure that allows a user's designated WordPress or Cafe24 site to be managed via natural-language commands through AI (such as Claude), including content management, product management, and settings changes.

Article 3 (Eligibility)
The Service may only be used by individuals or businesses aged 14 or older.

Article 4 (Payment and Subscription)
The Service is provided on a monthly subscription basis. Payments are processed through Paddle.com (Paddle.com Market Limited). Subscription fees include applicable sales tax/VAT.

Article 5 (Refund Policy)
1. If you have paid for the Service but have not yet used it (i.e., have not completed site integration), a full refund is available within 7 days of payment.
2. Once the Service has been initiated, refunds for that billing period are generally limited; upon cancellation, no further charges will occur from the next billing cycle onward.
3. To request a refund, contact [email protected]. Requests are processed within 3-5 business days.

Article 6 (Termination)
1. Termination by User: You may cancel your subscription at any time through the customer portal linked in your payment confirmation email. Following cancellation, the Service remains available for the remainder of the period you've already paid for.
2. Termination by Company: If a user violates these Terms, applicable law, or the terms of service of connected platforms (Cafe24, WordPress, Paddle, etc.), the Company may suspend or terminate the Service after prior notice (except in cases of urgent or serious violations, where notice may be omitted).

Article 7 (Limitation of Liability)
1. The Service is based on automation technology. The Company is not liable for the outcome of operations that were correctly executed as requested by the user.
2. The Company is not liable for damages arising from force majeure events, outages of third-party services (WordPress, Cafe24, Paddle, Anthropic, etc.), or causes attributable to the user.
3. To the extent permitted by law, the Company's aggregate liability arising from the Service is limited to the total subscription fees paid by the user to the Company in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Article 8 (Personal Data)
Personal data handling is governed by our Privacy Policy.

Article 9 (Changes to Terms)
The Company may amend these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. Where Terms are amended, the Company will announce the effective date and reason for the change via the Service or by email at least 7 days in advance (30 days in advance for changes disadvantageous to users). If a user does not agree to the amended Terms, the user may cancel the subscription; continued use of the Service after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

Article 10 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any dispute arising in connection with the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Suwon District Court, Republic of Korea.
