About the Service
What exactly is LayerHub? ▾
LayerHub lets you run your WordPress site through plain conversation. Writing posts, checking comments, editing menus, adjusting design — just ask for it in an ordinary sentence like "change the header background to white."
Do I need to know how to code? ▾
No coding knowledge is required at all. Just describe what you want in plain language.
Which platforms are supported? ▾
WordPress is currently supported.
Pricing & Payment
How does pricing work? ▾
You pay only for what you use, from credit you buy up front. One unit of credit costs 10,000 KRW, and you can buy as many units as you like. Whatever you don't use does not expire. You can start on the
top-up page.
Will I be charged automatically each month? ▾
No. This is not a recurring subscription, so nothing is charged to your card on a schedule. You are only charged when you choose to top up.
How do I cancel? ▾
There is no cancellation process. Simply stop topping up and you're done. Any remaining balance can be refunded as described below.
What draws down my credit? ▾
Credit is drawn down by the AI usage and tool usage you actually incur. You can see where it went in your dashboard.
How much should I start with? ▾
We suggest a single unit (10,000 KRW) for a few days. Your usage is recorded in the dashboard, so you can size your next top-up from real numbers instead of guessing.
Can I get a refund? ▾
Unused credit can be refunded. AI and tool usage already drawn down is not refundable, as that service has been delivered, and the payment processing fee actually incurred on that top-up is deducted. Refunds are transferred to a bank account in your own name. Request one at
[email protected] and it is processed within 7 business days of receipt. See
Article 5 of our Terms for details.
Getting Started
What happens after I pay? ▾
Your account and credit are created the moment payment completes. There is no setup email to wait for — sign in to the
dashboard with the Google account you paid with, connect your site, and you're ready.
What do I need to connect my site? ▾
Your site address and your WordPress admin username and password. Enter them in the dashboard and setup takes one to two minutes. Please keep the window open while it runs.
Do I need to paste a URL into a Claude connector? ▾
No. That used to be the setup, but it isn't anymore. Open your connected site in the dashboard and you'll find a chat box — just talk to it there. If you were following older instructions and looking for a connector screen, that step is gone.
Where can I learn how to actually use it? ▾
Check out the
Usage Guide for example commands and a full walkthrough.
Security & Safety
How is my WordPress password stored? ▾
Because the Service accesses your site on your behalf, we hold the credentials needed for that (such as a WordPress application password) encrypted and kept in separate storage. They are used only to carry out your requests, and are destroyed without delay when you disconnect the site or end your account. See
Article 8 of our Terms for details.
How do I cut off access immediately? ▾
Revoke the application password yourself from your WordPress admin screen. Access is blocked the instant you do — you don't need to wait on us.
Is my site data safe? ▾
Only the data needed to carry out your request is sent to the AI provider, and we do not retain it permanently afterward.
What if I accidentally run the wrong command? ▾
Before hard-to-reverse actions (like editing or deleting theme files), a backup is created automatically. You'll find it under Backups in your dashboard and can request a restore. Backups are a safeguard, though — we recommend keeping your own independent backups too.
Can I see what was actually run? ▾
Yes. Actions that run are logged and viewable in your dashboard, so you can always go back and see what changed and when.
Troubleshooting
I can't sign in to the dashboard. ▾
Your account is created under the Google account you verified at checkout. Check whether you're signing in with a different one. If you have several, use the address where your payment confirmation arrived.
I paid but I don't see my balance. ▾
It can take a short while for a top-up to appear. Check the dashboard again in a few minutes, and if it still isn't there, email
[email protected] with the address you paid with.
Connecting my site keeps failing. ▾
First check that the site address is reachable and that the account you entered has administrator rights on that WordPress site. If you're re-registering a site you already connected, you'll be taken to the existing one. If it keeps failing, reach out via
Contact.
