About the Service
What exactly is LayerHub? ▾
LayerHub lets you manage your WordPress or Cafe24 site through plain conversation with Claude. Writing posts, listing products, changing settings — all handled with natural-language requests like "raise this product's price by $5."
Do I need to know how to code? ▾
No coding knowledge is required at all. Just describe what you want to Claude in plain language.
Which platforms are supported? ▾
WordPress and Cafe24 are currently supported.

How do I cancel my subscription? ▾
You can cancel anytime through the customer portal linked in your payment confirmation email. The Service stays available through the end of your already-paid period.
Setup & Usage
What happens after I pay? ▾
You'll get an email with a setup link right after payment. Enter your site details (URL, admin account) there, and installation happens automatically. Once done, we email you a URL to connect Claude.
Where can I learn how to actually use it? ▾

Is my site data safe? ▾
Only the data necessary to process your command is sent to Anthropic (Claude's operator), and it's deleted immediately after processing. We don't permanently retain it. See

What if I accidentally run the wrong command? ▾
Before high-risk operations (like editing or deleting theme files), a backup is created automatically, and we can restore from it on request. Backups are a safeguard, though — we recommend keeping your own independent backups too.
Troubleshooting
My Claude connector won't connect. ▾
First, double-check you copied the URL from the email exactly. If it still doesn't work, try the "Link Google account" button in the email first, then reconnect. Still stuck? Reach out via

I think my access URL was exposed. ▾
You can reissue it immediately. Sign in with Google at the customer portal link in your email to invalidate the old URL and get a new one right away.
