월요일 아침마다 “지난주 사이트에 무슨 일 있었지?”부터 확인하려고 관리자 화면 여기저기 들어가 보신 적 있으실 겁니다. 글은 몇 개 올라갔는지, 댓글은 얼마나 달렸는지, (등급에 따라) 매출은 어땠는지, 서버는 괜찮은지 — 이걸 화면 하나로 안 모아주는 게 늘 아쉬웠습니다. 이 스킬은 그걸 대화 한 번으로 끝내줍니다.
뭘 해주나요
“이번 주 브리핑 해줘”라고 물어보면, 최근 7일치를 모아서 이렇게 정리해줍니다.
등급에 따라 매출·서버 항목은 자동으로 빠지고, 되는 부분만 보여줍니다. 없다고 뭐라 하지 않고, 그냥 조용히 뺍니다.
한 가지 숨은 기능 — 트렌드 분석을 위한 기록
브리핑을 보여준 다음, 그 주의 숫자를 방문자에게 안 보이는 비공개 초안(draft)으로 조용히 하나 저장해둡니다. 지금 당장은 그냥 보여주고 끝이지만, 몇 주 쌓이고 나면 “이번 달이 지난달보다 나은지” 같은 트렌드 질문에도 답할 수 있는 기반이 됩니다. 이 로그는 발행되지 않고 검색에도 안 걸리니, 사이트 방문자나 검색엔진에는 전혀 안 보입니다.
설치 방법

2단계. 위 버튼으로 스킬 파일을 다운로드합니다.
3단계. claude.ai에 접속해서 설정(Settings) 화면으로 들어갑니다.
4단계. “Capabilities”(기능) 메뉴에서 “Code execution and file creation”이 켜져 있는지 확인합니다.
꺼져 있으면 켜주세요. (한 번만 하면 됩니다.)
5단계. 같은 설정 화면에서 “Skills” 메뉴로 들어가서, 다운받은 weekly-ops-briefing.skill 파일을 업로드합니다.
6단계. 업로드된 스킬을 목록에서 켜줍니다(토글 ON).
7단계. 새 대화를 열고 “이번 주 브리핑 해줘”라고 물어보세요. 별도 명령어나 형식을 외우실 필요 없습니다.

You’ve probably opened three or four different admin screens on a Monday morning just to piece together “what happened on the site last week.” Posts published, comments received, sales if applicable, whether the server’s okay — nobody had put all of that in one place. This skill does it in a single conversation.
What it does
Ask “give me this week’s briefing,” and it pulls together the last 7 days into something like this:
Sales and server sections quietly drop off if your tier doesn’t include them — no nagging about what you’re missing, it just shows what’s actually available.
One hidden feature — logging for future trend analysis
After showing the briefing, it quietly saves that week’s numbers as a private draft that visitors never see. Right now that’s all it does with the log, but once a few weeks accumulate, it becomes the foundation for trend questions like “is this month better than last?” The log is never published and never indexed — completely invisible to site visitors and search engines.
How to install

Download weekly-ops-briefing.skillStep 1. First, make sure your WordPress connection is already set up.
This skill only works once LayerHub is already connected. If you haven’t connected yet, please subscribe and connect on the pricing page first.
Step 2. Download the skill file with the button above.
Step 3. Go to claude.ai and open Settings.
Step 4. In the “Capabilities” menu, make sure “Code execution and file creation” is turned on.
Turn it on if it’s off — this is a one-time setup.
Step 5. In the same Settings screen, go to “Skills” and upload the weekly-ops-briefing.skill file you downloaded.
Step 6. Turn the toggle ON for the uploaded skill in the list.
Step 7. Open a new conversation and ask “give me this week’s briefing.” No special commands or formats to memorize.
