1. AI 처리 결과
서비스는 대규모 언어모델을 이용합니다. AI가 생성한 요약, 분석, 판독 결과에는 오류가 포함될 수 있습니다. 특히 성적표 등 문서의 자동 판독은 원본과 다를 수 있으므로, 이용자는 저장 및 확정 전에 내용을 직접 확인해야 합니다.
2. 교육·진학 관련 판단
서비스가 제공하는 성적 추이, 통계, 분석은 참고 자료입니다. 회사는 이를 입시 결과나 학업 성취에 대한 예측이나 보증으로 제공하지 않으며, 이에 근거한 이용자의 진학·학습 관련 판단에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다.
3. 의료·심리 상담 아님
서비스는 학습 관리 도구이며 의료, 심리, 상담 서비스를 제공하지 않습니다.
4. 제3자 서비스
Paddle, Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, Cloudflare 등 제3자 서비스의 장애·정책 변경·중단으로 발생한 문제에 대해 회사는 책임을 지지 않습니다.
5. 이용자가 입력한 정보
이용자가 입력하거나 업로드한 정보의 정확성과 적법성에 대한 책임은 이용자에게 있습니다. 특히 타인의 개인정보를 입력하는 경우 필요한 동의를 받았는지 확인할 책임은 이용자에게 있습니다.
6. 책임의 한도
법령상 허용되는 범위 내에서, 회사의 손해배상 책임은 손해 발생일 기준 최근 3개월간 이용자가 결제한 금액의 총액을 한도로 합니다.

The Services use large language models. AI-generated summaries, analyses, and document readings may contain errors. In particular, the automated reading of documents such as report cards may differ from the original, so users must review the content themselves before saving or confirming it.
2. Education and Admissions Judgments
The grade trends, statistics, and analyses provided by the Services are for reference only. The Company does not provide them as a prediction or guarantee of admissions outcomes or academic achievement, and is not liable for a user’s education or study-related decisions based on them.
3. Not Medical or Psychological Counseling
The Services are a study management tool and do not provide medical, psychological, or counseling services.
4. Third-Party Services
The Company is not liable for issues arising from outages, policy changes, or discontinuation of third-party services such as Paddle, Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, or Cloudflare.
5. Information Entered by Users
Users are responsible for the accuracy and legality of information they enter or upload. In particular, when entering another person’s personal information, the user is responsible for confirming that the necessary consent has been obtained.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Company’s liability for damages is limited to the total amount the user paid over the 3 months preceding the date the damage occurred.
