1. 수집하는 개인정보 항목
공통
- 계정: 이메일 주소(구글 계정), 이름
- 결제: 결제 정보(결제대행사 Paddle이 처리하며 회사는 카드번호를 보관하지 않습니다), 결제 이력
- 접속 기록: IP 주소, 브라우저 정보, 접속 일시
- 동의 기록: 동의 항목, 동의 일시, 동의 시점의 문서 버전, IP, 브라우저 정보

2. 수집·이용 목적
계정 생성 및 관리, 서비스 제공, 결제 처리 및 요금 정산, AI를 통한 자연어 명령 처리 및 분석, 문서 판독, 서비스 관련 안내 발송, 법정대리인 동의 확인, 고객지원, 법령상 의무 이행.
3. 보유 및 이용기간
1. 계정 및 서비스 이용 정보는 계정이 유지되는 동안 보관합니다. 스터디플래너의 학습 정보는 장기 추이 분석이 서비스의 핵심 기능이므로 삭제 요청이 있기 전까지 보관합니다.
2. 계정 삭제 또는 탈퇴 요청 시 지체 없이 파기합니다. 다만 관련 법령에 따라 보존 의무가 있는 정보(전자상거래법상 결제 기록 5년 등)는 해당 기간 보관합니다.
3. 동의 기록은 동의의 존재를 입증하기 위한 자료로서 계정 삭제 후에도 관련 법령이 정하는 기간 동안 보관합니다.
4. 개인정보의 국외 이전
AI 처리 및 인프라 운영을 위해 아래와 같이 국외로 이전됩니다.

6. 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보
1. 스터디플래너는 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보를 처리할 수 있습니다. 이 경우 개인정보보호법 제22조의2에 따라 법정대리인의 동의를 받습니다.
2. 회사는 법정대리인이 동의하였는지를 확인하기 위해, 동의 내용을 화면에 게재하고 법정대리인이 동의 여부를 표시하도록 한 뒤 그 사실을 법정대리인의 휴대전화 문자메시지로 통지합니다.
3. 법정대리인은 언제든지 자녀의 개인정보에 대한 열람·정정·삭제 및 동의 철회를 요구할 수 있습니다.
4. 만 14세 이상 미성년자의 개인정보에 대해서는 본인이 권리를 행사합니다.
7. 정보주체의 권리
이용자(및 법정대리인)는 언제든지 개인정보의 열람, 정정, 삭제, 처리정지 및 동의 철회를 요구할 수 있습니다. 서비스 화면에서 직접 수정·삭제하거나 [email protected]으로 요청하실 수 있습니다.
8. 안전성 확보조치
- 데이터베이스 행 수준 보안(RLS)을 적용하여 이용자 간 데이터가 격리됩니다.
- 스터디플래너의 학습 정보는 보호자와 해당 자녀 본인만 조회할 수 있으며, 형제자매 간에도 서로의 데이터에 접근할 수 없습니다.
- 접속 토큰 및 외부 서비스 인증정보는 암호화하여 저장합니다.
- 인프라 접근은 제한되고 기록됩니다.
9. 광고성 정보의 전송
1. 회사는 이용자가 별도로 수신에 동의한 경우에만 광고성 정보를 전송합니다. 수신 동의는 서비스 이용과 무관하며, 동의하지 않아도 서비스 이용에 아무런 제한이 없습니다.
2. 회사는 동의일로부터 2년마다 수신 동의 여부를 다시 확인합니다.
3. 자녀 계정에는 광고성 정보를 전송하지 않으며, 수신 동의를 받지도 않습니다.
4. 수신 거부는 언제든지 가능합니다.

로그인 세션 유지를 위한 필수 쿠키와 이용 분석을 위한 Google Analytics 쿠키를 사용합니다. 브라우저 설정으로 제어할 수 있으며, 필수 쿠키를 차단하면 로그인이 유지되지 않습니다.

This Policy applies to Layer Media’s Academy AI Assistant and studyplaner services. The WordPress/Cafe24 site management service (Layer Hub Gateway) is governed by a separate Privacy Policy.
1. Personal Information Collected

- Account: email address (Google account), name
- Payment: payment information (processed by Paddle, the payment processor, the Company does not store card numbers), payment history
- Access records: IP address, browser information, access date and time
- Consent records: item consented to, date and time of consent, the document version in effect at the time of consent, IP address, browser information
Additional information for studyplaner
- Guardian: mobile phone number
- Child: name, date of birth, email address, school name, school level, and grade
- Academic information: grades (school exams and mock exams), study schedule, study logs, school record activities, education expense records, and document files uploaded by the user such as report cards and school notices

- Staff: name, email, position, and assigned classes
- Students and parents: student name, school, grade, guardian contact information, attendance, grades, tuition payment history, and counseling records
2. Purposes of Collection and Use
Creating and managing accounts, providing the Services, processing payments and billing, processing and analyzing natural-language commands through AI, reading uploaded documents, sending service-related notices, verifying legal representative consent, customer support, and fulfilling obligations under applicable law.
3. Retention Period
1. Account and service usage information is retained for as long as the account remains active. Because long-term trend analysis is a core feature of studyplaner, its academic information is retained until a deletion request is made.
2. Information is destroyed without delay upon account deletion or withdrawal, except where applicable law requires retention (for example, payment records must be kept for 5 years under the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce).
3. Consent records are retained for the period required by applicable law, even after account deletion, as evidence that consent was given.
4. Cross-Border Transfer of Personal Information
The following transfers occur overseas for AI processing and infrastructure operation.

6. Personal Information of Children Under 14
1. studyplaner may process the personal information of a child under the age of 14. In that case, the Company obtains the consent of the legal representative under Article 22-2 of the Personal Information Protection Act.
2. To verify that a legal representative has consented, the Company displays the consent details on screen, has the legal representative indicate their consent, and then notifies the legal representative of that fact by text message to their mobile phone.
3. A legal representative may, at any time, request to view, correct, or delete their child’s personal information, or withdraw consent.
4. For a minor 14 years of age or older, the minor exercises these rights personally.
7. Rights of Data Subjects
Users (and legal representatives) may, at any time, request to view, correct, or delete their personal information, request suspension of processing, or withdraw consent. This can be done directly on the service screen or by contacting [email protected].
8. Security Measures
- Row-level security (RLS) is applied at the database level so that data is isolated between users.
- studyplaner’s academic information can only be viewed by the guardian and the child concerned, and siblings cannot access each other’s data.
- Access tokens and external service credentials are stored encrypted.
- Access to infrastructure is restricted and logged.
9. Marketing Communications
1. The Company sends marketing communications only to users who have separately opted in. This opt-in is independent of using the Services, and declining it does not limit use of the Services in any way.
2. The Company reconfirms opt-in consent every 2 years from the date of consent.
3. Marketing communications are never sent to child accounts, and opt-in consent is never collected from them.
4. Users may opt out at any time.
10. Cookies
The Services use essential cookies to maintain login sessions and Google Analytics cookies for usage analysis. These can be controlled through browser settings, though blocking essential cookies will prevent logins from persisting.
