쇼핑몰을 운영하다 보면 다들 한 번쯤 겪는 순간이 있습니다. “이번 달 뭐가 제일 잘 팔렸지?”가 궁금해서, 관리자 화면 들어가 엑셀 다운받고, 피벗테이블 돌리고, 카테고리별로 다시 정리하고… 이 과정이 매번 귀찮아서 결국 월 3만원~10만원대 통계 분석 서비스를 따로 결제하게 됩니다.
레이어허브는 Claude(AI)가 카페24·워드프레스 사이트에 직접 연결되어 자연어 명령으로 사이트를 관리하는 도구입니다. 여기에 매출 분석 기능도 포함되어 있어서, 위 과정을 전부 건너뛰고 그냥 채팅창에 물어보면 끝입니다. OAuth 2.1 인증 기반으로 사이트별 독립 연결을 구성했고, 카페24·워드프레스 API는 실제 호출 기반으로 하나씩 검증해서 연결했습니다.

이걸 어떻게 내 계정에서 쓰나요? (처음이신 분들을 위한 순서)
아래 파일은 “스킬(Skill)”이라는, Claude에게 “이렇게 답변해줘”라고 알려주는 작은 설정 파일입니다. 코드를 몰라도, 그냥 다운받아서 올리기만 하면 됩니다. 마크다운이나 프로그래밍 지식은 전혀 필요 없습니다.
아래 버튼을 눌러 파일부터 받아두세요 (설치는 그 다음 순서대로 하시면 됩니다)
cafe24-sales-insights.skill 다운로드1단계. 먼저 확인: 카페24(또는 워드프레스) 연결이 이미 돼있어야 합니다.
이 스킬은 레이어허브가 이미 연결돼 있는 상태에서만 작동합니다. 아직 연결 전이시면, 요금제 페이지에서 먼저 구독·연동을 완료해주세요.
2단계. 위 버튼으로 스킬 파일을 다운로드합니다.
컴퓨터의 “다운로드” 폴더 같은 곳에 cafe24-sales-insights.skill 파일이 저장됩니다. 어디 저장됐는지만 기억해두시면 됩니다.
3단계. claude.ai에 접속해서 설정(Settings) 화면으로 들어갑니다.
화면 좌측 하단(또는 프로필 아이콘)을 클릭하면 “설정(Settings)” 메뉴가 나옵니다.
4단계. “Capabilities”(기능) 메뉴에서 “Code execution and file creation”이 켜져 있는지 확인합니다.
이게 꺼져 있으면 스킬 자체가 작동하지 않습니다. 꺼져 있으면 켜주세요. (한 번만 하면 됩니다.)
5단계. 같은 설정 화면에서 “Skills” 메뉴로 들어갑니다.
“스킬 추가(Add skill)” 또는 “업로드(Upload)” 버튼을 누르고, 2단계에서 받아둔 cafe24-sales-insights.skill 파일을 선택합니다.
6단계. 업로드된 스킬을 목록에서 켜줍니다(토글 ON).
업로드만 하면 기본적으로 꺼진 상태로 들어갑니다. 목록에서 이 스킬을 찾아 토글을 켜주셔야 실제로 작동합니다.
7단계. 이제 끝입니다. 새 대화를 열고 그냥 편하게 물어보세요.
“요즘 뭐가 제일 잘 팔려?”, “이번 달 매출 분석해줘” 같이 자연스럽게 물어보면, Claude가 알아서 이 스킬을 적용해서 위와 같은 형태의 리포트를 만들어줍니다. 별도 명령어나 형식을 외우실 필요 없습니다.
※ 혹시 스킬을 켰는데도 평범하게 답한다면, 새 대화창에서 다시 시도해보세요. 스킬은 “새로 시작하는 대화”부터 적용됩니다.

If you’ve run an online store, you’ve hit this moment at least once. How do I use this on my own account? (a walkthrough for first-timers)
The file below is a “Skill” — a small configuration file that tells Claude “answer this way.” You don’t need to know any code; just download it and upload it. No Markdown or programming knowledge required.

Download cafe24-sales-insights.skillStep 1. First, make sure your Cafe24 (or WordPress) connection is already set up.
This skill only works once LayerHub is already connected to your site. If you haven’t connected yet, please subscribe and connect on the pricing page first.
Step 2. Download the skill file with the button above.
It’ll save to your Downloads folder (or wherever your browser saves files) as cafe24-sales-insights.skill. Just remember where it landed.
Step 3. Go to claude.ai and open Settings.
Click the bottom-left corner (or your profile icon) to find the Settings menu.
Step 4. In the “Capabilities” menu, make sure “Code execution and file creation” is turned on.
If it’s off, the skill won’t work at all. Turn it on — this is a one-time setup.
Step 5. In the same Settings screen, go to the “Skills” menu.
Click “Add skill” (or “Upload”) and select the cafe24-sales-insights.skill file you downloaded in step 2.
Step 6. Turn the toggle ON for the uploaded skill in the list.
Skills are off by default right after uploading. You need to find it in the list and switch it on for it to actually take effect.
Step 7. That’s it — open a new conversation and just ask naturally.
Ask things like “What’s selling best lately?” or “Analyze this month’s revenue,” and Claude will automatically apply this skill and generate a report like the one above. No special commands or formats to memorize.
