학원나침반에서 학부모에게 문자와 알림톡을 보내려면, 학원 전화번호를 발신번호로 사전등록하는 절차가 먼저 끝나야 합니다. 이 글은 그 절차와 필요한 서류를 정리한 것입니다.
왜 서류가 필요한가
문자 발송은 아무 번호로나 보낼 수 없고, 사전에 등록된 번호로만 나갑니다. 학원나침반은 레이어미디어 명의의 문자 발송 계정을 통해 보내므로, 학원은 문자 서비스에 따로 가입하실 필요가 없습니다. 대신 학원 번호를 위임 형태로 등록하게 되고, 그래서 아래 서류가 필요합니다.
학원당 한 번만 하는 절차입니다. 한 번 등록되면 이후에는 다시 하지 않습니다.
준비할 서류 4종
- 통신 서비스 이용 증명원 – 등록할 번호가 학원 명의로 개통되어 있음을 증명하는 서류입니다. 해당 통신사에서 발급받습니다. 타사 재직자 명의로는 신청할 수 없습니다.
- 발신번호 사전등록 신청서 – 정해진 양식이 있습니다. 관리 화면의 발신번호 카드에서 내려받으실 수 있습니다.
- 사업자 등록증
- 담당자 신분증 및 재직증명서 – 신청하시는 분이 대표자인 경우 재직증명서는 생략할 수 있습니다. 학원장님이 곧 대표자인 경우가 대부분이라, 실제로는 서류가 3종으로 줄어드는 경우가 많습니다.
신청서에서 학원이 채우는 칸
수임사 칸은 이미 채워져 있는 양식을 드립니다. 학원 쪽 칸만 채우시면 됩니다.
- 발신번호
- 사업자등록번호
- 상호
- 사업장 주소
- 담당자명
- 담당자 연락처
- 계약기간 (시작일과 종료일)
- 본문 중간에 한 번 더 나오는 발신번호
- 작성일자
- 상호 옆 인감 날인
반려되는 두 가지 경우
아래 두 가지는 실제로 반려 사유가 되므로 제출 전에 꼭 확인해 주세요.
- 인감 – 법인인감 또는 대표자인감만 인정됩니다. 막도장이나 자필 서명은 반려됩니다.
- 이름과 연락처의 일치 – 신청서에 적으신 담당자 이름과 연락처가 함께 제출하시는 신분증 및 재직증명서의 내용과 일치해야 합니다.
제출 방법
서류는 시스템에 업로드하지 않습니다. [email protected] 으로 이메일에 첨부해 보내주시면 됩니다.
신분증이 포함된 서류를 저희 서버에 쌓아두지 않기 위한 방식입니다. 발신번호 등록은 학원당 한 번뿐인 절차라 시스템에 보관할 이유도 없습니다.
진행 상태 확인
접수 이후 진행 상황은 관리 화면의 발신번호 카드에 배지로 표시됩니다.

Before AcademyCompass can send text messages or KakaoTalk AlimTalk to parents, your academy phone number must be pre-registered as a sending number. This page explains that process and the documents required.
Why documents are required
Text messages in Korea can only be sent from numbers registered in advance. AcademyCompass sends through a messaging account held by Layer Media, so your academy does not need to sign up for a messaging service separately. Instead, your number is registered under a delegation arrangement, which is what the documents below are for.
This is a one-time procedure per academy. Once registered, you never repeat it.
The four documents
- Proof of telecom service subscription – Confirms the number is registered under your academy. Issued by your telecom carrier. An application cannot be made under the name of an employee of another company.
- Sending number pre-registration application – A fixed form. You can download it from the sending number card in your admin screen.
- Business registration certificate
- Contact person ID and certificate of employment – If the applicant is the company representative, the certificate of employment can be omitted. Since the academy director is usually also the representative, this often reduces the set to three documents.
Fields you fill in on the application
The delegated party section is already completed on the form we provide. You only fill in the academy side.
- Sending number
- Business registration number
- Business name
- Business address
- Contact person name
- Contact person phone number
- Contract period (start and end date)
- The sending number, which appears once more in the body text
- Date of writing
- Company seal stamped beside the business name
Two things that cause rejection
Both of these are genuine rejection grounds, so please check before submitting.
- The seal – Only a registered corporate seal or the representative registered seal is accepted. A generic stamp or a handwritten signature will be rejected.
- Matching names – The contact name and phone number on the application must match the ID and certificate of employment you submit with it.
How to submit
Documents are not uploaded to the system. Please attach them to an email and send to [email protected].
We do this so that documents containing identification are not accumulated on our servers. Sending number registration happens once per academy, so there is no reason to store it in the system.
Checking your status
After submission, progress is shown as a badge on the sending number card in your admin screen.

Next step
Once the sending number is registered, text messaging becomes available. To use AlimTalk as well, you additionally need to link your KakaoTalk channel and have the message templates reviewed.
