기존 학원관리 프로그램은 메뉴를 눌러 들어가는 대시보드 방식입니다. 출결 메뉴에 들어가 학생을 찾고, 체크하고, 저장하는 식입니다. 학원나침반은 이 과정을 대화로 바꿨습니다. “OO 학생 오늘 지각으로 기록해줘”라고 말하면 그걸로 끝입니다.
관리가 아니라 분석이 상품입니다
학원나침반이 다른 학원관리시스템과 다른 지점은 여기입니다. 기록을 쌓는 것 자체가 목적이 아니라, 쌓인 기록으로 분석하는 것이 목적입니다.
이탈위험 감지가 대표적입니다. 결석·지각이 늘거나, 상담이 갑자기 잦아지거나, 성적이 떨어지는 세 가지 신호 중 두 가지 이상이 겹치면 원장에게 알립니다. 원장 한 사람이 전체 학생의 출결·성적·상담 기록을 매일 들여다보지 않아도, 이상 신호가 있는 학생을 AI가 먼저 짚어주는 방식입니다.
기록은 예외만 하면 됩니다
출결도, 숙제도 정상적인 경우는 따로 기록할 필요가 없습니다. 결석·지각·조퇴, 숙제 미완료처럼 예외적인 경우만 남기면 됩니다. 매일 전체 학생의 출석을 하나하나 체크하는 대신, 문제가 있는 경우만 짧게 대화로 남기면 되는 구조입니다.
상담 통화도 자동으로 정리됩니다
학부모와 통화한 뒤 링크 하나만 열어 녹음 파일을 올리면, 화자를 구분해서 텍스트로 자동 변환되어 상담기록에 그대로 저장됩니다. 통화 내용을 다시 타이핑할 필요가 없습니다.
강사마다 볼 수 있는 범위가 다릅니다
담당하는 반, 쓸 수 있는 기능을 원장이 강사별로 따로 설정합니다. 반이 바뀌거나 담당 강사가 바뀌면 그 학생의 기록도 함께 넘어가고, 더는 담당하지 않는 강사는 접근 권한을 잃습니다. 누가 기록했는지가 아니라 지금 누가 담당하는지를 기준으로 삼습니다.
요금은 재학생 수 기준입니다
재학생 1인당 하루 30원입니다. 구간 할인 없이 학원 규모와 상관없이 같은 비율로 계산됩니다.
학원나침반은 학생 정보를 객관적으로 정리해 학원과 학부모 사이의 오해를 줄이고, 원장이 학원 전체 상황을 놓치지 않게 하고, 강사가 잡무 대신 수업에 집중하도록 돕는다는 원칙으로 만들어졌습니다. 관리를 편하게 하는 도구가 아니라, 판단의 근거를 만드는 도구를 목표로 합니다.

Analysis is the product, not management
This is where Academy Compass differs from other academy management systems. Logging records isn’t the point — analyzing them is.
Dropout risk detection is the clearest example. When two or more of three signals overlap — rising absences and tardiness, a sudden spike in counseling sessions, or falling grades — the director gets notified. The director doesn’t have to review every student’s attendance, grades, and counseling notes every day; the AI flags the students who need attention first.
Only exceptions need logging
Normal attendance and completed homework don’t need to be logged at all. Only exceptions — absent, late, left early, homework incomplete — get recorded. Instead of checking every student’s attendance one by one every day, you only mention the ones with an issue, in a short line of conversation.
Counseling calls get organized automatically
After a call with a parent, open one link and upload the recording — it’s automatically transcribed with speakers separated and saved directly into the counseling record. No need to retype what was said.
Each teacher sees a different scope
The director sets which classes and which features each teacher can access. When a class or homeroom teacher changes, that student’s records move with the new teacher, and the teacher who no longer handles that student loses access. Access is based on who currently handles the student, not who originally logged the record.
Pricing is based on enrolled students
30 KRW per enrolled student per day. No volume discount tiers — the rate stays the same regardless of academy size.
Academy Compass was built on the principle of organizing student information objectively to reduce misunderstandings between academies and parents, helping directors keep sight of the whole academy, and letting teachers focus on teaching instead of admin work.
